1 Hexagon nut

2 Hexagon bolt

3 Heat shield

4 Air intake hose

5 Connector hose

6 Vacuum cell

7 Circlip

8 Hexagon bolt

Removing

Disconnect vent hose

Remove heat shield (3) over the turbocharger

Remove air intake hose (4)

Detach connector hose (5) at the vacuum cell

Detach retaining ring on valve lever and unhook push rod

Unscrew vacuum cell (6)

Install

Adjust vacuum cell (6)

Mount vacuum cell (6)

Adjust push rod

The bore for the valve lever must run aligned to the pin.

Hook in and secure push rod

Tighten jam nut.

Attach securing varnish to the jam nut

Install intake hose and shield
