7 Boost pressure cell

8 Hose strap

9 Charge air hose

10 Oil return pipe

11 Oil return pipe

14 Gasket

17 Screw

18 Air cleaner housing

19 Charge air pipe

20 Intake air hose

Remove/Install

Remove air cleaner housing (18).

Remove the intake air hose (20)

Remove charge air pipe (19)

Remove the connector hose (6)

Remove charge air hose (9)

Detach the vacuum hose (2) from the boost pressure cell (7)

Unscrew the oil pressure line (5) from the turbocharger (1)

Installation: Replace sealing rings (4).

Unscrew the exhaust pipe at the turbocharger (1)

Installation: Replace the self-locking bolts, nuts and all gaskets.

Unscrew oil return pipes (10, 11)

Installation: Replace the gasket (14) and O-rings (13).

Disconnect the turbocharger (11) from the exhaust manifold at the flange

Installation: Replace the copper hexagon nuts.
