1 Disconnect vent hose (4) from air intake hose (5).

2 Remove hexagon head bolt (1) and unscrew hexagon nuts (3); remove heat shield (2).

3 Remove air intake hose (5).

5 Remove charge air hose (9).

6 Unscrew pressure oil line (6) on turbocharger.

Installation: Install new sealing rings (6b).

9 Remove return tubes (14, 16).

10 Replace sealing rings (15, 17) and seal (12).
