	Remove and install
1	Remove the duct (3) between the turbocharger and the air cleaner		AR09.10-B-8250H

3	Remove the flange with engine-brake linkage (4)	Engine 457.924/925/926/929/931	AR14.15-B-6302D

	Assembly indications of the charge air after-cooler hoses		AH09.41-B-0001-01A
4	Remove the hose (2) between the turbocharger and the charge air after-cooler	Installing: Do not swap the hoses. The red color hose has to be installed between the turbocharger and the charge air after-cooler (air/air radiator).

5	Loosen the bolts (13), the clamp (14) and remove the oil return pipe (11)	Installing: Replace the gasket (12).

6	Loosen the hollow bolt (6), and the bolt (8) and remove the support (9) and the pressure oil pipe (5)	Installing: Replace the sealing rings (7) and the gasket (10).
		Pressure duct to the turbocharger	*BA09.40-B-1001-01G
		Hollow bolt to the cylinder block	*BA09.40-B-1002-01G
7	Remove the self-locking nuts (15)	Installing: Replace the nuts (15). With high temperature grease, lubricate the thread of the studs and nuts.	*BR00.45-B-1005-06A

8	Remove the turbocharger (1)	Installing: The mating surfaces of the exhaust manifold and the turbocharger, must be clean and undamaged.
9	Install in reverse order
