 	Remove/install
1	Open rear engine compartment flap
2	Open rear left maintenance flap
3	Remove air filter housing		AR09.10-A-1150A
4	Remove engine compartment flap below last row of seats

5	Remove engine brake flap connection		AR14.15-A-6302A
6	Remove exhaust fitting on turbocharger (1)		AR09.40-A-6020-09A
			*BA09.40-N-1005-01I
7	Remove air intake hose		AR09.10-A-8030A
8	Remove bottom charge air pipe on left		AR09.41-A-1316A
9	Unscrew banjo bolt (3)	 Installation: Replace sealing rings.

10	Detach oil pressure line (2) at turbocharger (1)	 Installation: Clean sealing surfaces and install new gasket.

11	Detach oil return line (5) at turbocharger (1) and at crankcase	 Installation: Clean sealing surfaces and install new gasket. Fill bearing housing of turbocharger (1) with clean engine oil via oil feed bore.

12	Detach turbocharger (1)	 Seal off all openings at turbocharger (1) with caps.
		 Installation: Clean sealing surfaces, replace gasket and nuts (8).

13	Install in the reverse order
14	Check turbocharger (1)		AR09.40-A-5910A
