1 | Remove top air duct mounting bolt (1) | ||
2 | Remove top air duct (2) by loosening the worm gear clamps (2nos) | ||
3 | Remove the mounting nut of rubber buffer (3) | ||
4 | Remove the mounting bolts (2 nos) from snorkel mounting bracket (4) | ||
5 | Remove air bellows (5) from both bottom air duct | ||
6 | Remove mounting clamps (6) from bottom air ducts | By using 17 mm hexagonal socket and locking pawl. | |
Installation: By using 17 mm hexagonal socket and torque wrench. | |||
7 | Remove bottom air duct (7) worm gear clamps from air filter housing | ||
8 | Remove connecting piece (8) worm gear clamps (2nos) from air filter housing | ||
9 | Install in the reverse order |
