1 | Remove snorkel (462) by removing the nuts from cab | ||
2 | Remove snorkel mounting rubber buffers (463) from the cab by unscrewing | Visually inspect for any damages. | |

3 | Check front grill | If found damaged, | |

Replace front grill by removing the plastic rivets (464) from rain hood using hack-saw/knife and pressure connection it with new plastic rivets. | |||
4 | Check dust evacuator | If dust evacuator (465) is found damaged, | |

Remove by pressing the clamp by hand and replace. | |||
5 | Check upper dirty duct (466) and lower dirty duct (467) | If the upper dirty duct (466) or lower dirty duct (467) is damaged, | |
| |||
Replace the same by removing the plastic rivets (464) using hack-saw/knife and pressure connection with new plastic rivets. | |||
6 | Check air bellows hose | Rubber bellow hose worm-drive clamp | |
If the air bellows hose (468) is damaged, | |||

Remove and replace the hose by loosening the worm-drive clamp (469). | |||
7 | Check plastic stiffener plates | Plastic stiffener plates (470) are placed in alternate steps of the air bellows, replace if found damaged. | |
| Install | ||
8 | Install snorkel (462) along with air bellows on the cab and tighten the nuts | Snorkel along with rubber bellow on the cabin | |
