Remove/install

Remove air duct housing

Detach hose (1) at throttle valve positioner (M16/5)

Disconnect electrical connector (3) at throttle valve actuator (M16/5)

Remove bolts (2)

Remove throttle valve positioner (M16/5)

Unhook and take off seal (4) on resonance intake manifold (arrow)

Installation: Replace seal (4).

Install in the reverse order

Read out fault memory using STAR DIAGNOSIS and erase if necessary.

Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory
