Remove/install

Remove charge air pipes (1, 6) from charge air cooler to charge air manifold together with electronic accelerator adjustment motor (7)

Identify installation position of charge air pipes (1, 6), flange (3) and electronic accelerator adjusting motor (7)

Remove charge air pipe (1) and flange (3) from electronic accelerator adjusting motor (7)

Installation: Replace seal (2) and sealing ring (4).
Note the attached marking.

Remove charge air pipe (6) from electronic accelerator adjusting motor (7)

Installation: Install new seal (5).
Note the attached marking.

Install in the reverse order

Read out fault memory with XENTRY, and clear any stored faults

Only when replacing electronic accelerator adjusting motor (7).
