Remove/Install

Open engine hood and move to upright position

Remove engine cover

Remove air filter housing (2).

Remove only on right-hand side.

Remove the engine intake air duct (1) downstream of the air filter

The intake air temperature sensors are located in the hot film MAF sensor on the left (B2/6) and right (B2/7).

Installation: In the event of a defect, the hot film MAF sensor on the left (B2/6) and right (B2/7) must be replaced along with the engine intake air duct downstream of the air filter (1).
