Removing/installing

Remove engine compartment cover

Unplug plug connector (1) at intake air temperature sensor (B17)

Installation: Ensure secure latching of plug (1).

Press together the retaining detents (arrows) on the temperature sensor for intake air (B17) and remove the temperature sensor for intake air (B17) from the intake manifold (2)

Install in the reverse order

Read out DTC memory

Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS, interrogate fault memory
