Remove/install

Remove charge-air distributor and set down on suitable base.

Remove screws (1) and remove throttle valve actuator(M16/6).

Installation: Install a new seal (2).

Bolt, throttle valve actuator to charge air distributor

Clean

Clean sealing surfaces on throttle valve actuator(M16/6) and on charge-air distributor.

Assembly cleaner

Install in the reverse order.
