Turn key in ignition lock to position "0"

Remove hot film mass air flow sensor (B2/5)

Remove air duct housing (1)

Release and disconnect electrical connector at throttle valve actuator (M16/6)

Pull bleed hose (2) out of throttle valve actuator (M16/6)

Remove bolt (3)

Remove throttle valve actuator (M16/6)

Remove seal (4)

Installation: Replace seal (4). Attach seal (4) to resonance intake manifold (arrow).

Install in the reverse order

Read out fault memory and teach in throttle flap dead stop

Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory
