4 | Remove hot film mass air flow sensor (B2/5) | ||
5 | Remove air guide housing (1) | ||
6 | Release and disconnect electrical connector at throttle valve actuator (M16/6) | ||
7 | Pull bleed hose (2) out of throttle valve actuator (M16/6) | ||
8 | Remove bolts (3) | Screw of throttle valve actuator to resonance intake pipe | |
9 | Remove throttle valve actuator (M16/6) | ||
10 | Remove gasket (4) | Installation: Replace seal (4). Clip gasket (4) into resonance intake manifold (arrow). | |
11 | Install in the reverse order | ||
12 | Read out fault memory | STAR DIAGNOSIS diagnosis system | |
| Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory |
