M16/6 Throttle valve actuator

 	Remove/install
1	Remove air filter housing (2).		AR09.10-P-1150MMI
2	Disconnect electrical connection at intake air temperature sensor (B17) and remove intake air temperature sensor (B17) at air duct housing (8)
3	Detach hose (7) for centrifuge on air duct housing (8)
4	Remove bleed line (5) at the front at air duct housing (8)
5	Detach vacuum line on intake manifold (1) and vacuum pump and intake manifold and place to one side
6	Unclip air duct housing (8) on throttle valve actuator (M16/6) and place with attached vent line (5) to one side	 Installation: Ensure correct seating of gasket (4). Replace seal if necessary.
7	Unclip electrical line on throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
8	Disconnect electrical plug connector on throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
9	Detach purge line (9) on throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
10	Remove screw/bolt (6)		*BA09.20-P-1002-01V
11	Detach throttle valve actuator (M16/6) on intake manifold (1)	 Installation: Ensure correct seating of gasket (10). Install new gasket (10).
12	Install in the reverse order
13	Read out and erase the fault memory using Star Diagnosis		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
