 	Remove/install
1	Remove intake manifold (1)		AR09.20-P-1310MMB
2	Disconnect electrical connection on intake air temperature sensor (B17) and on pressure sensor upstream of throttle valve actuator (B28/6)
3	Disconnect electrical connector at the throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
4	Unclip electrical line (4) on throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
5	Unscrew bolts (5) for charge air cooler (2) on intake manifold (1)		*BA09.41-P-1001-01O
6	Loosen clamp (6) for intake manifold (1) on throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
7	Remove charge air cooler (2) and throttle valve actuator (M16/6) on intake manifold (1)
8	Unclip electrical line (3) on throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
9	Remove bolts (7) on throttle valve actuator (M16/6)		*BA09.41-P-1002-01O
10	Detach throttle valve actuator (M16/6) from charge air cooler (2)	 Installation: Ensure correct seating of the seal between throttle valve actuator (M16/6) and charge air cooler (2)
11	Remove seal (8) for throttle valve actuator (M16/6) on charge air cooler (2)	 Installation: Install new seal (8). Hook seal (8) onto charge air cooler (2).
12	Install in the reverse order
13	Read out and erase the fault memory using Star Diagnosis		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
