M16/6 Throttle valve actuator

 	Remove/install
1	Remove intake manifold (1)		AR09.20-P-1310ELB
2	Disconnect electrical connectors on intake air temperature sensor (B17) and pressure sensor downstream of throttle valve (B28/6)
3	Disconnect electrical plug connector on throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
4	Unclip electrical line (4) on throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
5	Unscrew bolts (5) for charge air cooler (2) on intake manifold (1)		*BA09.41-P-1001-01O
6	Loosen clamp (6) for intake manifold (1) on throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
7	Detach charge air cooler (2) and throttle valve actuator (M16/6) on intake manifold (1)
8	Unclip electrical line (3) on throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
9	Remove bolts (7) on throttle valve actuator (M16/6)		*BA09.41-P-1002-01O
10	Detach throttle valve actuator (M16/6) from charge air cooler (2)	 Installation: Ensure correct seating of the seal between throttle valve actuator (M16/6) and charge air cooler (2)
11	Remove seal (8) for throttle valve actuator (M16/6) on charge air cooler (2)	 Installation: Install new seal (8). Hook seal (8) onto charge air cooler (2).
12	Install in the reverse order
13	Read out fault memory with STAR DIAGNOSIS and erase if necessary		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
