Remove/install

Switch off ignition

Remove air filter housing

Remove hot film mass air flow sensor (B2/5)

Remove air duct housing (1)

Release and disconnect electrical connector at throttle valve actuator (M16/6)

Detach bleed hose (2) from throttle valve actuator (M16/6)

Remove bolts (3) and take out throttle valve actuator (M16/6)

Remove gasket (4)

Installation: Replace seal (4). Attach seal (4) to resonance intake manifold (arrow).

Install in the reverse order

Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read fault memory
