Fill fuel low-pressure circuit on engine with hand pump

1	Remove handle (2) from the manual delivery pump (1) on fuel filter module (3).

2	Actuate manual delivery pump (1) on handle (2) with about 100 rapid pump strokes of about 1 minute until a noticeable pressure is present at the manual delivery pump (1).

3	Start engine within about 5 s at the engine start and engine stop button, allow to run in idle, then subsequently allow engine to run at higher engine speeds.

 If the engine does not start or does not achieve an increased motor rpm, repeat operation step 2.

4	Switch off engine.

5	Screw handle (2) hand-tight into the manual delivery pump (1).
