Remove and install

Remove the cylinder head cover coverage (1).

Remove the injectors fuel recovery pipe (2).

Press the clamps (4) and disconnect the injectors pipe (2).

With compression tweezers, pinch the fuel recovery pipe (2).

Remove the connector (Y74.1) of the common rail pressure regulating valve (Y74).

Insert the measuring tubes (3) in the injectors and fasten them with the clamps (4).

Run the engine and check the injectors fuel recovery flow.

After 10 seconds, as maximum, 2 scale divisions are to be reached (approximately 2 x 0.5cm3). In the case of a higher flow

Replace the injectors.

Assemble in reverse order.

Clear the fault memory with the Star Diagnosis.
