Pull CDI control module (1) down at the connection side until it is heard to release

The CDI control module (1) is located below the left knee protection next to the steering column.

Installation: Pay attention to tensioning springs (arrows).

Pull CDI control module (1) forward out of the guide of the bracket (2)

Detach sockets (3) at CDI control module (1)

Install in the reverse order

In case the control module is replaced, then if available, the injector classification must first be read and then be manually entered in the appropriate Star Diagnosis menu after the exchange. The injector classification is printed on the injector head.
