Remove/install

Switch off ignition

Vehicles with Keyless-Go Code 889: Press Start/Stop button repeatedly until ignition is switched off.

Remove air filter housing

Open clamps (1) and detach left hot film mass air flow sensor (B2/6), right hot film MAF sensor (B2/7) from air intake pipe (2)

Installation: Installation position must be observed. The arrow on the housing identifies flow direction of intake air.

Detach electrical connector (3) on left hot film mass air flow sensor (B2/6), right hot film MAF sensor (B2/7)

Remove left hot film mass air flow sensor (B2/6), right hot film MAF sensor (B2/7)

Install in the reverse order

Reset MMA values (Amount Mean Value Adaptation) using STAR DIAGNOSIS
