2 Screw clamp

3 Air intake duct

4 Screw

5 Air filter box top section

B2/5 Hot film mass air flow sensor

Remove/install

Remove interior flap above engine

Disconnect electrical connector (1) at hot film mass air flow sensor (B2/5)

Detach screw clamp (2) and detach air intake duct (3) from hot film mass air flow sensor (B2/5)

Remove bolts (4) on air filter box top section (5)

Remove hot film mass air flow sensor (B2/5) from air filter box top section (5)

Installation: Check sealing ring on hot film mass air flow sensor (B2/5); replace if necessary.

Install in the reverse order

Read out fault memory, erase if necessary

When replacing the hot film mass air flow sensor (B2/5).

Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory
