Removing/installing

Open engine hood

Unplug connector (1)

Unscrew bolts (2)

Pull air filter housing (3) forward slightly to obtain better accessibility to the bolts (2).

Pull hot film mass air flow sensor (B2/5) out of the air filter housing (3)

Installation: Replace sealing ring on Hot film mass air flow sensor (B2/5).

Install in reverse order

Read fault memory, erase if necessary

Connect up STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory
