Open engine hood

Loosen the hose clamp (1) and detach the air intake pipe (2) from the hot film mass air flow sensor (B2/5)

Check the hose clamp (1) for damage and replace if necessary.

7 mm socket hexagon

Disconnect the electrical connector (3) at the hot film mass air flow sensor (B2/5)

Unscrew bolts (4) and remove the hot film mass air flow sensor (B2/5)

Installation: Replace the sealing ring, note the installation position. The arrow on the housing identifies the flow direction of the intake air.

Install in the reverse order
