1 | Remove glow output stage | ||
2 | Remove screw/bolt (1) | ||
3 | Unclip vacuum hose (2) from bracket | ||
4 | Remove coolant pump switchover valve (Y19/10) | To do this unlock retaining tab. | |
5 | Unscrew union nut (3) | Paste, hot lubrication 1 kg, DB supply specification 6879.20 | |
Temperature sensor to exhaust manifold | |||
6 | Disconnect electrical connection (4) | ||
7 | Remove exhaust manifold analog temperature sensor (B16/13) | Installation: Ensure that electrical wiring harness is routed properly. | |
8 | Install in the reverse order | ||
