1 | Remove air filter housing | ||
2 | Remove air intake hose | ||
3 | Remove crankcase ventilation hose (8) from air intake pipe (5) | ||
4 | Remove screw/bolts (7) | ||
5 | Unfasten bracket (9) | To do this undo screw/bolt (10) by a few revolutions. | |
6 | Remove screw/bolts (6) | ||
7 | Remove gas recirculation hose (12) from air intake pipe (5) | To do this unfasten clamp (11) and remove exhaust recirculation hose (12) from air intake pipe (5). | |
8 | Remove air intake pipe (5) | Installation: Check seal of air intake pipe (5), inspect and, if necessary, replace. | |
9 | Disconnect electrical connection (1) | ||
10 | remove electrical connection (1) from bracket (2) | ||
11 | Remove electrical wiring harness from bracket (3) | ||
12 | Remove high pressure EGR temperature sensor (B16/14) | Installation: B16Coat nut of high pressure EGR temperature sensor (14) with hot lubrication paste. | |
