 	Remove/install
 Danger!	Risk of explosion caused by fuel igniting, risk of poisoning caused by inhaling and swallowing fuel and risk of injury to eyes and skin caused by contact with fuel	No fire, sparks, open flames or smoking. Only pour fuels into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing when handling fuel.	AS47.00-Z-0001-01A
1	Remove air filter (1)		AR09.10-P-1050L
2	Remove electronic accelerator actuator (M16/1)		AR30.20-P-1262L
3	Remove ECI power supply unit (N91)
4	Detach right valve camshaft adjustment electrical connection connector (Y49/2)
5	Detach crankcase ventilation system hose (2) to right cylinder head and disconnect at coupling (arrow)
6	Detach vacuum lines at switchover valves (Y32/1) and (Y32/2)	 Intake manifold connection diagram M137	AR09.20-P-1310-01L

7	Unclip switchover valves (Y32/1) and (Y32/2) at bracket (3) and detach electrical connection connector (arrow)
8	Release fuel pressure through service valve (1/1)	 Collect fuel.

9	Loosen fuel-feed line (17/2) at fuel distributor (17)	 Collect fuel.

10	Detach injection valve electrical connection connector (arrow) (Y62)
11	Take out screws (17/1), lift fuel rail (17) together with all injectors (Y62) off the intake manifold	 Inspect O-rings for damage.
		 If O-rings are faulty, replace the injector. Oil O-rings before installing the fuel rail.

12	Test fuel injectors (Y62)	 STAR DIAGNOSIS

13	Install in the reverse order
