Remove/install

Remove high-pressure pump (1)

AR07.02-D-1020SF

Place counterholder on gearwheel (3) and unscrew nut (2)


Do not cant  counterholder.
This prevents damage to the tooth flanks.

Detach gearwheel (3)

 Puller

If installing a new gearwheel (3).



Observe variants of the gearwheel (3).

Remove Woodruff key (4) on the drive shaft of the high-pressure pump (1)

 Installation: Check Woodruff key (4).

Depending on findings



Install new Woodruff key (4).

Install in the reverse order
