Removal, installation

Remove camshafts (77, 78)

Use a screwdriver to prise out covers (1)

Clean camshafts (77, 78)

Mounting holes (adhesion points) for the covers (1) free of oil and grease.

Coat circumference of new covers (1) with adhesive compound

Use a suitable insertion drift to knock new covers (1)

The cover (1) must not be fitted on at the bore end

Drift for inserting camshaft end cover

Install in the reverse order
