Remove front cover at cylinder head

Remove chain tensioner

Mark timing chain (1) relative to exhaust camshaft sprocket (2)

Remove bolts (4) and exhaust camshaft sprocket (2) from the exhaust camshaft (3)

 Installation: Install new bolts (4).



Remove bolt (5)



Remove exhaust camshaft sprocket (2)

 Installation: Set the timing chain (1) with the help of the markings placed on the exhaust camshaft sprocket (2) .

Remove high pressure pump (6) intermediate gear and secure timing chain (1) with cable tie against falling down

Install in the reverse order
