Remove camshafts

Remove cam follower (2) together with the compensation element (1)

When removing several compensation elements (1) make sure that roller-type cam follower (2) with compensation elements (1), which were not replaced, are reinstalled at the previous fitting point. If required, mark cam follower (2) and compensation elements (1) relative to each other.

Installation: Oil cam follower (2) and compensation elements (1).

Remove clamp (3) and remove compensation element (1) from roller cam follower (2)

Install in the reverse order
