Remove/install

Remove camshaft housing

Remove hydraulic valve play compensation element (1) with roller rocker arm (2) from the cylinder head

Remove clamp (3) using a suitable tool and remove roller rocker arm (2) from the hydraulic valve play compensation element (1)

Do not use a steel tool in order to avoid damage to the hydraulic valve play compensation element (1) or the roller rocker arm (2).

Installation: Check clamp (3), replace if necessary.

Check or replace roller rocker arm (2) for damage

Install in the reverse order
