Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.

Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer.

Remove starter

Install

Insert retaining lock (1)

If necessary turn engine in its direction of engine rotation at crankshaft until the toothing engages:

Fasten retaining lock (1)

To do this fasten bolt (2) with the nut.

Remove

Remove retaining lock (1)

Remove bolt (2) to do this.
