Remove and install

Remove the gearbox.

Remove the clutch.

Mount the locking device (5) on the starter housing.

Unscrew the flywheel fixing screws on the crankshaft (2).

Install: Replace the screws (2).

Remove the flywheel (1) from the crankshaft (4).

Install: Observe the guide pin (3).

The mounting position is predetermined by the guide pin (3) and the fastening hole (arrow) on the flywheel.

Install in the reverse order.
