1 Oil crankshaft bearing cap bolts at thread and bolt head contact surface.
2 Tighten crankshaft bearing cap bolts according to tightening pattern.
Pay attention to tightening torque and tightening angle of crankshaft bearing cap bolts.
If no tightening angle wrench is available, tighten crankshaft bearing cap bolts further by the specified angle
at a stroke, using a socket wrench and locking handle.
Do not use a flexi-rod torque wrench for tightening in order to avoid any angle errors.
3 Rotate crankshaft and check for smooth running.
