Remove the crankshaft (2)

Wear safety gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses, if necessary.

Pull drive gear (1) off the crankshaft (2)

Warm drive gear to about 200°C.

Installation: Heat the new drive gear to about 200°C and press onto the crankshaft.
Pay attention to installation position of the chamfer (arrow).

Install in the reverse order
