Wear safety gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses, if necessary.

Pull drive gear (1) off the crankshaft (2)

Heat the drive gear (1) to about 200 °C.

Installation: Heat the new drive gear (1) to about 200 °C and press onto the crankshaft (2).

Pay attention to installation position of the chamfer (arrow).
