Remove the crankshaft (2)

Remove the drive gear (1) from the crankshaft (2)

To remove the drive gear (1), heat it to approx. 200 °C.

Install

Mount the drive gear (1) on the crankshaft (2)

To mount the drive gear (1), heat it up to approx. 200 °C. Note the mounting position of the groove (arrow) on the drive gear (1).

Assemble the crankshaft (2)
