Pull out the drive gear (1) from the crankshaft (2)

Start by heating the drive gear (1) evenly to approximately 200°C.

Install : Heat the new drive gear (1) to approximately 200°C and press it on the crankshaft (2). Note the installation position of the chamfer (arrow).

Install in reverse order
