Danger! | Risk of injury caused by body parts being pinched or crushed as cab is tilted | Ensure that no one is within tilting range of cab as it is being tilted. Always tilt cab all the way to end position and secure with safety strut. | |

3 | Remove top right soundproofing at frame | ||
4 | Remove heat shield (1) over intake manifold (2) | | |
5 | Remove heat shields (3) on exhaust manifold (2) at bottom front | | |
6 | Clean area around the hydraulic constant throttle solenoid valve (Y49) with compressed air | ||
7 | Remove constant throttle line (4) | Collect engine oil that flows out. | |
Installation: Replace sealing rings. | |||
8 | Disconnect electrical connector (5) from hydraulic constant throttle solenoid valve (Y49) | ||
9 | Detach bracket (6) | ||
10 | Remove hydraulic constant throttle solenoid valve (Y49) | Route electrical line through the cutout in the socket. | |
Installation: Replace O-ring (7). | |||
