1 Air intake hose

2 Corrugated tube (only if EGR fitted)

3 Bolt (self-tapping)

4 Cylinder head cover

5 Gasket

6 Crankcase ventilation line

Removal, installation

Detach air intake hose (1) at mixing housing

Detach crankcase ventilation (6) at cylinder head cover (4)

Remove corrugated tube (2)

Only if EGR fitted

Unscrew bolts (3) of cylinder head cover

The cylinder head cover is attached with self-tapping bolts.

Lift off cylinder head cover (4) together with gasket (5)

Inspect gasket (5) for damage, replace if necessary.

Clean sealing surfaces.

Installation: Pay attention to correct installation of gasket.

Install in the reverse order
