 	Remove, Install
1	Disconnect ground line of battery	 Installation: After connecting, read out fault memory and erase faults. Refer to:	AR54.10-P-0003P
		STAR-DIAGNOSIS
2	Remove trim panels on cylinder head cover (2, 3)	Engine 611	AR01.20-P-5014-02A
		Engine 612	AR01.20-P-5014-02B
			*BA01.20-P-1002-01A
			*BA01.20-P-1003-01A
3	Separate electrical connections at fuse and relay module	 Electrical connections (4, 5) at CDI control module (N3/9), connections (17, 18) at front SAM control module with fuse and relay module (N10/1).
4	Take off rubber seals (6)
5	Detach engine wiring harness from fixture (11) at firewall
6	Detach electrical connection at glow output stage (N14/2)
7	Disconnect positive cable of battery
8	Disconnect positive cable at external start terminal (20)
9	Expose engine wiring harness (7)
10	Unbolt fixture (15) of positive cable at cylinder head
11	Place engine wiring harness (7) over engine and attach
12	Unbolt ground strap of engine (W49)	 Unbolt ground strap at transmission.
13	Install in the reverse order
