	Remove
1	Remove spark plugs (R4)
			AP15.10-P-1580AK
	Illuminate
2	Connect flexible endoscope (1.2) to inspection light (1.1)
	000 588 01 21 00 Endoscope		WS01.00-P-0097B
3	Place piston on cylinders 1 and 4 to BDC		AR01.00-P-0100AK
		 The BDC marking on the belt pulley must be aligned with the positioning edge on the timing case cover.
4	Introduce flexible endoscope (1.2) into the spark plug bore of cylinder 1
5	Check cylinder barrel of cylinder 1	In case of faulty cylinder barrels
		
		Replace cylinder head.

6	Extend flexible endoscope (1.2) out of the spark plug bore of cylinder 1
7	Introduce flexible endoscope (1.2) into the spark plug bore of cylinder 4
8	Check cylinder barrel of cylinder 4	In case of faulty cylinder barrels
		
		Replace cylinder head.

9	Extend flexible endoscope (1.2) out of the spark plug bore of cylinder 4
10	Place piston on cylinders 2 and 3 to BDC		AR01.00-P-0100AK
11	Introduce flexible endoscope (1.2) into the spark plug bore of cylinder 2
12	Check cylinder barrel of cylinder 2	In case of faulty cylinder barrels
		
		Replace cylinder head.

13	Extend flexible endoscope (1.2) out of the spark plug bore of cylinder 2

		Replace cylinder head.
