1	Check valve clearance, set if necessary

2	Start engine, allow to run and stop after reaching the operating temperature	 Coolant temperature approx. 70 to 95°C
3	Remove nozzle holder assemblies (1)		AR07.03-I-6831B
4	Install connecting part (10) with tensioning clamp (7) and bolt (3)	 Attach seal ring (9) with grease to the connecting part.

5	Attach compression recorder (5) with intermediate piece (6) to connecting part (10)	 Observe operating instructions for compression recorder.

6	Insert recording sheet (4) into compression recorder (5)		*001589782100
7	Turn engine through simultaneous pressing of the Start engine button (11) and the Stop engine button (12) for at least eight engine revolutions
8	Inspect remaining cylinders in the same way
9	Compare measurements in diagram chart (4) with the specified values	 If specified values are no longer reached by all cylinders the cause is to be determined against a separate order.

10	Detach compression recorder (5) and connection piece (10) together with seal (9)
11	Install nozzle holder assemblies (1)		AR07.03-I-6831B
