In case of excessive oil consumption and lack of engine power, this can be often caused by damage due to dust entry or natural wear.

Check

Check the intake manifold and pipes between the air filter and the engine for dust entry

Strong contamination by dust on the elbows of the pipes indicates false intake of air without passing through the filter.

Check the pistons and the sliding surfaces of the cylinders
