 Danger !

Risk of explosion due to escaping combustible gas or overheating of gas cylinders.Risk of injury caused by burns to skin and eyes. Risk of frostbite to body parts caused by escaping gas and by touching components near the valves when emptying gas cylinders. Risk of poisoning or suffocation caused by inhaling gas.

Remove any sources of ignition.
Protective clothing, safety gloves and safety glasses must always be worn.
Ensure that the work area is adequately ventilated.
When working on vehicles at ambient temperatures over 60 °C, all gas cylinders must be removed.

Open cover (1)

Check whether the warning note (6) is present

Check cooktop grates (2) for damage

 If they are damaged, the cooktop grates (2) must be replaced.

Check flame panels (3) for signs of damage

 If they are damaged, the flame panels (3) must be replaced.

Check screws/bolts (4) are firmly seated, retighten if necessary

Activate cooker

 Check flame for good burn-off.

If burn-off is faulty



Clean or replace gas outlet, if necessary

Remove/install gas outlet from stove

Deactivate cooker

Check ignition locking mechanism for proper function

 To do so, open valves (5), after approx. 60 s an audible switch-off must be heard.
