Apply cleaning agent (1) to the door latches and outer door lock

Use the high pressure air (3) to the door latch.

Clean the door latch (4) and outer door lock (2) use cotton cloth

Finally apply lubricating grease in door lock outer side and cab latch

Door lock opening and closing hard issue

Remove door trim

Remove/install outside mirror trim

Remove/install front door

Clean dust and lubricating grease contamination with high pressure air (3)

Apply cleaning agent (1) to the door latch’s.

Check the wire (5) condition visually

If any damage is found in wire, replacement is necessary.
Apply lubricating grease in door lock (2)and latch (4).

Install door trim

Remove/install outside mirror trim
