1 | Remove air from the brake system | ||
2 | Release pneumatic connections (10), (11) and (12) | | |

3 | Disconnect electric connector (1) | ||
4 | Release screws (7) and remove condenser set (9) | | |
Clean condenser set (9) on the outside just after removal. | |||
Disassemble the condenser set and check the components for damages or oxidation. | |||
Condenser jacket components | |||
5 | Release nuts (6) and remove screws (5) together with base set (18) | | |
6 | Remove ring (15), air re-circulator (14) and ring (13) | If necessary, lightly tap the connection housing (10) with a blind puncture to make the re-circulator removal easier (14). | |
Install: Use new sealing rings (15) and (13). | |||
Base assembly components | |||
7 | Check filter (17) to see damage and clogging | It is only necessary to remove filter (17) if you are going to replace it. | |
8 | Release nuts (2) and remove screws (4) together with washers (3) | | |
9 | Remove solenoid (22), rings (20) and (21), and piston (19) | Install: Smear grease on the electric connector and replace rings (20) and (21). | |
10 | Remove washer (23) and ring (24). | Install a new ring (24). | |
11 | Remove ring (25) and support end cover (27) exhaust valve (26). | Install a new ring (25). | |
| Clean | ||
12 | Clean all the components | Wash base set (18), piston (19), washer (23) and condenser jacket (16) with kerosene. | |
13 | Install on the reverse order | ||
14 | Start the engine to pressurize the pneumatic system with specified work pressure and check the sealing and the Haldex condenser operation. |
