1 | Apply the parking brake and release lightly the wheel clamping nuts | ||
2 | Lift vehicle and support it on racks located under the rear axle beam | ||
3 | Remove the rear wheels | ||
4 | Disassemble wheel hub (4) | ||

5 | Remove the seal race ring (1) | ||

The race should be removed and replaced with a new one whenever the respective sealant (1) is replaced. | |||
| Check | ||
6 | Remove the grease from the wheel hub (4) and wash all components | ||
7 | Check all parts for wear or damages, specially the bearings (3 and 5) | If necessary, replace the bearings (3 and 5). | |
| Install | ||
8 | Install the seal race ring (1). | ||

The race should be removed and replaced with a new one whenever the respective sealant (1) is replaced. | |||
9 | Thoroughly lubricate the sealant (1) and bearings (3 and 5) before installing them | ||

If necessary, install a new sealant (1). | |||
10 | Supply the wheel hub (4) with grease | .Grease | |
11 | Assemble the wheel hub (4). | ||

12 | Install the rear wheels | ||
13 | Lower vehicle from rack and tighten wheels security nuts | Retighten them after traveling the first 50 to 100 km. | |
Observe torque for new valid wheels nuts (plain) only for stamped holes wheels (plain). The old nuts were tapered and valid with wheels with tapered drilling. | |||
